1. No Refund on GST and Government Fees
Please note that any GST paid as part of the services, as well as fees paid to government portals for registrations, licenses, or filings, are non-refundable. These charges are mandated by government authorities, and we have no control over their refund policies.
2. Refunds on IT and Web Services
For our IT and web development services, refunds may be considered under specific conditions:
- If no domain name, server, hosting, or any hardware has been purchased for your project, a partial refund may be available.
- If substantial work has already been completed on your project, a refund may not be granted or only a partial refund will be issued based on the stage of work completed.
- Services such as website development, digital marketing, and application development that have already commenced are non-refundable once certain project milestones have been achieved.
3. Cancellation of Services
You may request to cancel a service, but cancellation is subject to the following conditions:
- Before Work Commences: If you cancel the service before any work has started, a full refund will be provided, excluding any non-refundable government or GST fees.
- After Work Commences: If work has already begun on your project, a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress of the project and the work completed up until the cancellation date.
- Domain and Hosting Purchases: Any fees associated with domain name registration, hosting, or third-party services are non-refundable once purchased, as these are external costs that cannot be reversed.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services provided by RapidFound are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Completed company registrations, trademark filings, or legal documentation submissions
- Consultation fees once a consultation session has been held
- Custom software development or web design projects that have been delivered or significantly progressed
- Digital marketing campaigns once they have been executed
5. Time Frame for Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service commencement or payment date. Refund requests made after this period may not be eligible for consideration. To request a refund, please contact us at billing@rapidfound.com with your order details and reason for the request.
6. Process of Refund
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
